Play what you hear, hear what you play! This class will help to develop your knowledge, awareness, and understanding of the language that connects all musical styles—and the ways it supports and empowers everyday music-making. The course is designed for all musicians, to help you to connect ear, mind, voice and fingers, and advance toward your musical goals. By singing what’s in our ears together, we can cultivate that “A-HA” experience!. No previous singing experience is necessary.

Always want to sing, but a little scared? This is the class for you! Adult beginners or those returning to singing students will learn vocal warm up exercises, breath management, and ideas for vocal usage. Suddenly, singing will seem less intimidating and a whole lot more fun! We’ll use pieces from the folk and classical repertoire to demonstrate healthy singing and speaking, how to choose songs for your own voice, and techniques for learning new music! * This ensemble does NOT require an audition.

Beginners Ukulele | adults

In Beginners Ukulele – Group Lessons for Adults we will learn basic strumming techniques, a handful of chords, up to five different songs and gain the confidence to play with friends or your kids at home.  This 10-week class is designed to teach complete beginners while also giving a challenge to those who have experience with music. Whether you are starting a new hobby, wanting a better understanding of music or just love the sound of the Ukulele, Beginners Ukulele – Group Lessons for Adults will provide you that and more!

A perfect place to start your study. Less pressure for busy adults, fun, and support from the other class members. Subjects of classes will be note learning, how to practice in limited free time, beginning music theory (the language of music), some improvisation (playing without notes) with other class members.

Violin & Viola  Chamber Groups | adults

A great opportunity for adult students who have some experience with the instrument and would like to play chamber music.
