​NSM receives, collects, and stores the personal information you enter on our New School of Music (NSM) website, Amilia registration platform, and Give Lively donation platform, including but not limited to: names, emails, passwords, addresses, phone numbers, birth dates, payment details (including credit card information), comments, and feedback.

In collecting such information, our intent is only to process whatever request or transaction you are making, provide excellent customer service, and to be able to contact you if we have questions. We also compile aggregated statistical data about our website usage and student body, which we use to improve our services. We never share, exchange, or sell your information to third parties.

Communication

We may contact you to troubleshoot problems with your account, collect tuition owed, send surveys or questionnaires, solicit donations to further the mission and programming of our School, and announce upcoming events or classes. For these purposes, we may contact you via email, telephone, text message, and postal mail. By registering for classes or opting in to our newsletter, you agree to receive emails from NSM. You may unsubscribe from our email list at any time.
